  • Yes!

    Occasionally, I will offer small or miniature paintings, studies or ink drawings. These are added to my shop a few times a year and are available for purchase.

    Larger painted pieces are usually sold privately/directly to collectors or occasionally through galleries. If you’re interested in a particular piece, please feel free to reach out via the contact form at the bottom of the about page with any questions/inquiries in regards to availability and pricing.

  • Unfortunately, textiles and fabrics I create are not available for purchase by the yard/as is. All textiles I paint are designed with a specific purpose in mind and are exclusive to items and products I design, produce and manufacture independently.

    At times, my textiles/fabrics/art are available through companies I have a licensing agreements with, with contracts in place. Unless specifically stated, any use of my work without a contract or my consent is prohibited. All images, designs, artwork, textile designs and fabrics are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or sold in any form unless officially licensed and authorized specifically by Stephanie Buscema/Kitschy Witch Designs®, LLC. Any reproduction, distribution in any form without the permission/consent of Stephanie Buscema/Kitschy Witch Designs®, LLC is prohibited.

  • A variety of materials are used, depending on what’s on my work table!

    It always starts with a pencil or some ink. For my paintings (both for print and fine art), color studies and textile design work, I’ve used Holbein Artist Materials pretty much daily for the past 20 years. Specifically, Holbein’s Gouache, Acryla Gouache & Watercolor paints along with Trekell brushes as my daily (brush) drivers!

    Paintings are typically made on heavy, cold press watercolor papers, a variety of printmaking papers and occasionally, on wood panels made by Trekell or on found objects.

  • Most items sold in my shop are limited, made in small batches and are only available website direct. Particular items, like the Silver Acorn Lenormand (and upcoming second edition of the Silver Acorn Tarot), are available for wholesale in limited quantities. These items are available to brick and mortar shops only.

  • •All items in the shop are final sale. Exchanges, returns and refunds are not available. Most items are made to order for you or are made small batch, so please read listings carefully. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you should have any questions, always feel free to contact us prior to checkout, we’re always happy to help out!

    Please be sure to enter your correct e-mail address and shipping address upon checking out to receive tracking information for your order. Orders are shipped to the exact shipping address entered upon checkout. If an incorrect address is entered upon checkout, it will be shipped to the address provided. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to an address incorrectly entered at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged (in transit) or stolen packages.

    We are not able to combine orders once placed and confirmed. Due to processing and tight shipping schedules, we are unable to combine multiple orders to ensure things run smoothly and ship out to all customers in a timely manner.

    Unfortunately, we cannot ship Tarot boxed sets and giclée art prints together. Due to the way our art prints are carefully flat packaged for their protection during transit, these items cannot be shipped together. All art print orders must be placed separately. Thanks very much for understanding and apologies in advance for any inconvenience!

    All shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location.

    •If you have any issues or problems with your order upon arrival, please contact us via the website within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Unfortunately, we are not able to help out with customer service questions via Facebook, Instagram and social media, please be sure contact us via the website directly with your order number and we’ll be sure to respond within 24-48 hours.

  • All orders are packed with care and shipped out via USPS. At times, we ship with DHL and FedEx for original art purchases or certain international orders. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location. An email confirmation is sent out as soon as your order is on the way with a tracking number. Please be sure to enter your correct email address and shipping address upon checkout, as we’re unable to go back and make any changes once your order is placed.

    We ship all prints and merchandise to most locations internationally. If you don’t see your location available upon checkout, please send us a message via the website and we’ll do our best to add it to our list of shipping locations if we’re able to! At this time, original art/paintings are shipped within the US and to Canada ONLY. For original art purchases/shipping outside of the US and Canada, please contact us directly via the website and we’ll be happy to make arrangements.

    International Shipping: We ship internationally. If your country is not listed during checkout, please get in touch with us to request its inclusion. Please note: All customers are responsible for the duties, fees, tariffs, and taxes associated with their orders in their respective countries.

  • All orders ship within 5-7 business days. When new releases launch, sometimes this can add on an extra few days due to the volume of orders we receive. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please be sure to enter your correct email address upon check out to ensure you receive your confirmation and tracking info!

  • All items in my shop are offered on a first come first serve basis. To remain fair to all of my amazing supporters and collectors of my work, I do not offer customer holds or reserve items, no exceptions. Unless specified, I typically do not offer preorders.

    New items, merchandise and print launch dates/times are shared first via my newsletter (which you can sign up for at the bottom of the page), as well as on my Instagram and Facebook pages.
