A sweet little decorative pin inspired by some of my hand motif paintings-but simplified/a bit more graphic to translate well as a pin. Hand motif imagery is was popular in the Victorian era as a sort of expression through symbolism, to show love, affection and emotion. Primarily featured on jewelry designs, seen on postcards/greetings and could be found on several decorative items of the time. This pin is offered in a silver plate metal/three color hard enamel, double prongs to prevent spinning with black rubber clutch backings.
